The powder room off the kitchen has a freshly painted existing vanity. Lovely original hardwood floors including the bedrooms. The kitchen has laminate flooring. The primary bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are comfortable size. The full piece bathroom has a refurbished penny tile floor and new vanity. A brand-new bath surround was installed last summer. Fireplace is decorative only. The four-season sunroom with glass French doors is probably my favorite room in the house! The yard is fully fenced in with a side deck perfect for that early morning coffee retreat or a relaxing sitting area. There is off-street parking, however, the driveway is grass and not ideal for inclement weather particularly when it snows. The garage can be used for a small car. A new roof was recently put on the garage. Lawn care is included. Walking distance to downtown, the Navy base, and hospital. Renter's insurance, strong credit, references, and exit cleaning fee required.
